We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Human Resources Consultant to conduct a review of an existing D365 HR implementation and provide expert recommendations for improvement. This short-term engagement will focus on assessing the current system, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, and delivering actionable recommendations to optimise processes, configuration, and overall system performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting a comprehensive review of the current Dynamics 365 HR implementation
- Assessing system configuration across core HR areas including compensation and benefits, and performance management
- Evaluating alignment with business requirements and HR best practices
- Reviewing data structures, data quality, and reporting capabilities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 HR / Human Resources Consultant
- Strong experience reviewing or auditing existing D365 implementations
- Deep understanding of HR processes and D365 HR functionality
