A Project Manager (ERP, ERP Software, Infor LN, SAP Business One, Sage X3 or Syteline) is required by a very successful, privately owned ERP software partner with over 15 years of proven project delivery experience. With 40+ staff and a solid client base, they deliver Tier 2 ERP to SME clients and work in partnership with a sister company that sells Mid market ERP solutions. This is a hybrid role with just 3 days per month in their Hucknall office.

To be considered you need:

  • ERP Project Management experience including requirements, training, and go-live
  • A consulting background, preferably with an ERP vendor or reseller
  • Delivery of at least 3 full ERP Projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to manage client expectations and project teams
  • A strong grasp of business processes across finance, manufacturing, and supply chain

You will begin by managing smaller ERP projects and transition to large-scale Tier 2 implementations worth up to £1M. You will handle 10 projects on average, with autonomy over your schedule. The work involves managing resources, clients, and ERP consultants, handling the inevitable push and pull of ERP project delivery.

Your day-to-day will include coordinating multi-functional project teams, resolving client issues, delivering project milestones, and balancing priorities across concurrent ERP rollouts. These projects often span complex finance environments, including multi-company, multi-currency, and multi-country setups. You will be supported by a close-knit team of 3 Project Managers and report to an experienced Professional Services Manager.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a highly reputable ERP consultancy with a rich legacy, low staff turnover, and a practical, team-driven approach to delivery. The company culture is friendly and collaborative with plenty of support, banter, and a strong sense of camaraderie. Office days are productive and enjoyable, with key stakeholders present and coaching opportunities abundant.

Role highlights:

  • Hybrid working: only 3 days/month onsite
  • Projects from SME to £1M enterprise implementations
  • Supportive team culture with experienced leadership
  • Broad exposure to ERP systems
  • Clear path to take on larger, more complex ERP programmes
