- Take ownership of a loyal HNW client bank and nurture long-term relationships
- Provide fully independent, holistic advice across pensions, investments, IHT, protection, and retirement planning
- Convert warm, qualified leads into valuable client relationships
- Collaborate with in-house paraplanners and admin support to ensure smooth and compliant advice delivery
- Contribute to ongoing growth, client retention, and service excellence
- What You'll Bring
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (minimum)
- A track record as a Financial Adviser/IFA/Wealth Manager, ideally with experience serving HNW clients
