Our client is seeking multiple motivated temporary Customer Operations Coordinators to assist them in delivering seamless operational excellence. This exciting debt solutions company is rapidly expanding across Europe and are looking for people to assist their team in the process! This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of the business and support the successful launch into new markets. You'll work across different teams, systems and locations to ensure the business is prepared and the quality standard is always high.
Overview:
- Ongoing Temporary Position
- Fully Remote or London Based Office
- 9am-5:30pm with flexible hours
- £14-£15
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Responding to customer emails and online
- Fulfilling customer requests
- Providing customer support
- Using computer systems to record conversation details
- Updating customer records
