At V12 Footwear, we design and manufacture high‐performance safety footwear trusted across industries where comfort, protection and durability cannot be compromised.

With decades of technical expertise, a reputation for reliable quality, and strong distributor partnerships, our brand is known for products that exceed expectations.

We're now entering an exciting phase of strategic growth, with a sharpened focus on end‐user acquisition, regional expansion, and pull‐through demand via our distributor network.

  • Number of new end-user accounts won
  • Qualified opportunities added to the pipeline
  • Conversion of trials/specifications
  • Pull-through to distributors
  • Revenue and gross margin contribution from new business
  • Activity quality (not just volume)
  • CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy
