Senior Technical Account Manager - Unified Communications / CCaa S

Applicants must be based in Germany and able to speak professional level German (C1 and above)

The role of Senior Technical Account Manager is a technical support and customer management role.

Helping with on-boarding, technical troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction, retention and ROI.

You will work both independently and in concert with Sales, Technical Support, Professional Services and other teams to ensure the highest levels of customer success, providing a collaborative solution that will leave the customer with a positive experience and a product that meets their needs.

This position is best suited to someone working in customer success and/or technical account management with good depth of technical experience within Unified Comms, Telecoms or Contact Centre services.

Experience

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a Technical Services role in software, telecommunications or in customer service, call/contact centre and/or service delivery.
  • Knowledge of Unified Communications and/or Contact Centre Technology including;
  • TCP/IP networking knowledge and Vo IP technology exposure.
  • Understanding of TCP/IP and internet fundamentals
  • Software, telecommunications and IP Telephony
  • Demonstrated technical problem-solving proficiency.
  • Excellent analytical and advanced troubleshooting skills with end-users/customers.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
