Military Training Solutions Architect/Systems Engineer role based in Andover, requiring 1, 2 or 3 days a week. The position offers a salary of up to Β£76,000 plus benefits including a car, private health insurance, a pension of 6-8%, discounts, progression opportunities, and training.
We are seeking a Military Training Solutions Architect or similar with a military background who is looking for an autonomous role focused on designing and developing the next generation of training solutions for the Ministry of Defence during the current global crisis. This role is both challenging and rewarding, working for one of the UK's largest global defence organisations on specialist projects across all military forces.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing training and development solutions and systems across a range of military clients, including the RAF, Navy, and Army. The ideal candidate should have a military background and experience in training and development, along with business acumen to implement systems and simulations that enhance training across various military customers.
- Develop training compliance management plans
- Provide thought leadership and subject-matter expertise on training systems and platforms
- Maintain currency in new platform and training system development
Qualifications include Ex Military or similar, MCTS/CAST/CATT or equivalent experience.
