This is a versatile, home-based role as Technical Sales Specialist / Representative for the UK and Ireland. We are looking for a fresh mind to join our high performing team in Cramlington with direct reporting line to our Country Sales Manager.
Your Mission:
- While travelling extensively within the UK and Ireland, you will be the first point of contact for technical support and advice to our customers in the printing and converting industry regarding applications and/or conversion.
- You will analyse, troubleshoot, and quickly resolve our customers' issues related to printing, adhesives, conversion, or label application.
- You will also showcase the advantages of our new products, applications, and technical developments through product training sessions at our locations and our customers' sites.

Requirements:
- University Degree or equivalent.
- Previous work experience of 3+ years in a technical support, research and development, or (technical) sales position within a manufacturing organisation.
- Experience in printing, converting, and/or packaging/labeling technology market, as well as knowledge of label/packaging industry, printing technologies, and/or labeling solutions is beneficial.
- Creativity and innovation, entrepreneurial spirit for growing a sustainable business.
- Valid driving license.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
