The role of Senior Technical Account Manager (Customer Success) is a technical support and customer management role.

Helping with on-boarding, technical troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction, retention and ROI.

This position is best suited to someone working in customer success and/or technical account management with good depth of technical experience within Saa S/Software, APIs, Database etc

Experience

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a customer facing role such as Customer Success, Account Manager, Pre-Sales Support, etc.
  • Knowledge of end user technical support & troubleshooting - Web APIs, Software, Scripting, Database
  • Bonus points for experience with Contact Centre solutions, Vo IP, SIP etc
  • Demonstrated technical problem-solving proficiency.
  • Excellent analytical and advanced troubleshooting skills with end-users/customers.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
