Taylor Hawkes is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our fully remote team, focused on delivering high-quality candidates into the US Professional Services market.

This is a candidate-led role, best suited to individuals who are confident managing the full recruitment lifecycle, with a strong command of Linked In Recruiter and other sourcing tools.

We welcome applications from consultants with experience in Professional Services recruitment, although high-performing individuals from adjacent sectors with demonstrable transferable skills will also be considered.

Your Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from initial outreach to placement.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Use Linked In Recruiter to identify, approach, and engage top-tier candidates across the US.
  • Market Mapping & Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified professionals.
  • Client Interaction: Liaise with internal client managers to understand role requirements and candidate briefs.
  • Candidate Engagement: Conduct structured interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Reporting & Process Management: Maintain accurate records across systems and contribute to the continuous improvement of sourcing strategies.
  • Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders alike.
  • Your Skills
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a recruitment consultancy environment.
  • Strong track record in sourcing and placing candidates via Linked In Recruiter.
  • Expertise in Boolean search and talent mapping techniques.
  • Experience recruiting within Professional Services (e. g. Legal, Accounting, Finance) is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
  • Self-starter attitude and ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with modern recruitment tools, including CRM and video interviewing platforms.
