We're looking for a qualified Financial Planner who's ready to take ownership of an active portfolio of clients (c.100 households with ~Β£40m AUM), while being fully supported to grow their own business pipeline β without rigid validation targets or micromanagement.
Annual bonus: Β£10,000 β Β£22,000 (discretionary, advice-fee linked)

What We're Looking For
- Level 4 qualified (Dip PFS, Dip FA or equivalent)
- Experience in a client-facing advisory role
- Proven ability to deliver holistic advice across pensions, investments & protection
- Commercially minded with a relationship-first approach to advice
- Confident communicator with natural credibility and presence
- Familiarity with Intelligent Office (IO) is a bonus
- Flexible mindset and willingness to travel to meet clients
