Natilik is seeking a highly driven and experienced Technology Sales Specialist to sell new multi-cloud managed services into Natilik's existing client base as part of the Client Transformation Team (CTT).

The individual will be selling Net Sec portfolio

  • Network (WAN, LAN & w LAN) Infrastructure
  • Next‐Generation Firewalls
  • Zero Trust Network Access
  • SASE / SSE Platforms

The CTT is a new business team that happens to sell into existing clients, as such you should be comfortable prospecting in clients without the support of the Account Manager.

The successful candidate will be an expert relationship builder with a strong track record in upselling and cross-selling to established customers, particularly within mid-market and enterprise segments able to show the ability to win net new business that delivers strong ACV, high profitability and pulls through high levels of both implementation and ongoing managed services.

It is expected that the successful individual will be entrepreneurial and will be instrumental of the Natilik proposition in this technology stack.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through the sale of Net Sec solutions & managed services into existing client accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to enable the client's usage of the solutions defined in the Role Summary
  • Build sales campaigns into existing clients, execution of the plan, reporting on progress & outcome.

These plans may also include working with key strategic vendors, leveraging their capabilities & relationships.

  • Work closely with account management teams to develop account plans and strategies for growth.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders (CIOs, Heads of IT etc.)
  • Collaborate with internal technical pre-sales and delivery teams to develop and propose tailored solutions.
  • Educate & evangelise with clients on the benefits of evolving their Net Sec environments and adopting managed services.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate sales forecasts, pipeline, and activity records using CRM tools (Sales Force).
  • Stay current with multi-cloud technology trends, consumption models, and vendor roadmaps to inform client conversations.
  • Build & develop relationships with key strategic partners including but not limited to Cisco & Palo Alto, existing relationships within these organisations with relevant stakeholders is an advantage.

  • Required experience & skills
  • Minimum 5 years' direct experience selling relevant solutions and services directly to end-users ideally in a new business or business development role, particular weight will be given to any candidate with a strong track record in the sale of managed services.
  • Demonstrable track record of revenue growth and overachievement through cross selling within a customer base.
  • In-depth understanding of the Net Sec landscape.
  • Experience navigating and influencing complex stakeholder groups within client organisations.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and commercial negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with account planning and customer success strategies.
  • Ability to operate within a MEDDICC aligned sales team.
  • A proven demonstrable track record in the running of the entire sales process from opportunity identification, through qualification, into the deal cycle and finally execution of contracts.

Desirable qualifications

  • Vendor certifications from Cisco or Palo Alto
  • Experience working with or for managed service providers (MSPs).
