Responsibilities for the Bridging Finance Business Development Manager:- Identify and develop relationships with financial intermediaries, property investors, and property developers throughout the UK.
- Develop new business, identifying and optimising funding opportunities through our established large database of financial intermediaries and property investors.
- Manage relationships while always ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Full management of a funding application from application to completion.
- Ensure award-winning service levels are maintained.
- Experience within the Bridging Finance market as a Business Development Manager.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
