- As a Technical Quality Analyst, you will work within the Quality Framework to:
- Review and assess the most complex manual calculations and documents in PRT Client Services.
- Use your knowledge of Defined Benefit Pensions to identify root causes of issues and help the business implement effective solutions.
- Support technical and customer queries to ensure excellent customer outcomes.
What you'll be doing

- Strong knowledge of Defined Benefit pension schemes and related legislation
- Experience in pension calculations, administration, and quality assurance
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coaching skills
