We are a rapidly expanding team within an IT department that supports over 4,000 staff. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Microsoft 365 Developer to join us as a senior team member.
Hours: Monday to Friday – 37.5 Hours per week

Location: Remote (A full UK Driving Licence is essential, as some travel will be required)
Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and deploy custom solutions within Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related applications.
- Design and manage integrations between Microsoft 365 applications and third-party systems using REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and custom connectors.
- Create and manage custom connectors within Power Automate and Power Apps to facilitate efficient data flow across multiple platforms.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize existing integrations to ensure security, reliability, and performance.
- Document all integration processes, customizations, and best practices for reference and training.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Microsoft 365 Developer or a similar role focused on integrations.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate) and services.
- Extensive experience with API integrations, particularly Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and third-party APIs.
- Familiarity with JSON, XML, OAuth, and other web technologies relevant to API development.
- Full UK Driving Licence with own transport.
- Mulesoft exposure or equivalent.
- Powershell/Python scripting.
