As a Contract Manager at Hub Spot, you will be responsible for handling all assigned customer contracts.

This includes communicating directly with customers and internal colleagues to ensure the accurate resolution of customer inquiries and the execution of customer renewals.

As part of our customer-focused, results-driven organization, you will also be responsible for managing a high volume of account-related tasks centered on maximizing customer investment with Hub Spot.

This role is available for all work preferences @home @flex @office in Ireland

In this role, you'll get to

  • Own customer contract processes and renewals.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives, customer success managers, and management to execute the contract renewal process and ensure a positive experience for the customer.
  • Establish cooperative working relationships with customers.
  • Lead forecasting discussions and pipeline reviews with internal colleagues.
  • Contribute to the growth of the renewal management organization by providing feedback and piloting new processes and playbooks.
  • Engage multiple customers via phone calls – scheduled and ad hoc – daily to ensure they are maximizing the value from their investment in Hub Spot.

Call target in place of 42 a month.

  • Fluency in Dutch or Swedish or Norwegian or Danish or Finnish plus English
  • Have experience with customer service and contract management
  • Have negotiation or sales experience
  • Have prior account management and/or customer retention experience
  • Are passionate about creating a great customer experience
