Our client, an established software group, is expanding their team and seeking a motivated senior developer to help deliver cutting-edge applications for startups and global brands alike.
As a Senior C# Developer, you will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and improving ASP.
NET MVC applications and cloud-based services.
You will work closely with senior developers, database specialists, and Dev Ops engineers to build high-quality, scalable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using ASP. NET MVC and C#
- Work with Postgres and Azure SQL to optimise database structures
- Develop serverless applications and scalable cloud-based solutions with Azure Functions
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, product managers, and senior engineers
- Participate in code reviews and write unit tests to ensure high standards
- Stay up-to-date with . NET trends and Azure services
Skills and Experience
- 5+ years' experience in software development
- Strong knowledge of ASP. NET MVC and C#
- Experience with Postgres and/or Azure SQL databases
- Some exposure to Azure Functions and cloud services
- Understanding of CI/CD processes (Azure Dev Ops preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience with Azure App Services and Azure Service Bus
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Java Script)
