This role is hybrid, combining remote working with site presence in client projects. It is specifically for project professionals experienced in the Transmission and Distribution sector in the UK, preferably working on the developer/operator side, although experience as a principal contractor will also be considered.

You will lead the delivery of engagements, serving as a sector SME, and mentor other team members to develop their capabilities and knowledge. You will support the growth of our services in the sector through developing proposals, winning strategies, and building successful client relationships.

Your top 5 responsibilities include:

  • Own the project plan and ensure effective execution
  • Ensure project understanding and focus on the plan

  • Maximise the development of your team and educate clients

You should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in UK transmission and distribution projects, with a good understanding of sector-specific requirements and processes. You should be able to deliver cutting-edge planning and project controls services, develop project execution plans, and navigate complex project environments.

Must-haves include a construction engineering background, proficiency in communication, and leadership skills. Nice-to-haves include decent Excel skills and a strong interest in data.
