The Education Sales Manager is responsible for the overall Education business (and quota) in UK and Ireland by selling the complete Jamf product portfolio (Jamf Pro, Jamf Connect, Jamf Protect and Jamf School, and Jamf Identity Automation). With the recent expansion of our product portfolio, we are putting even more emphasis on the Education market. We are looking for a passionate, commercially driven individual to take the role of Education Sales Manager, UK & Ireland. This is a strategic individual contributor role that blends leadership-level thinking with hands-on deal execution — you will own the territory strategy, drive revenue through channel partners and direct engagement, and personally lead key opportunities to close. This role is offered as remote from the UK only. We are only able to accept applications for those based in the UK and have sponsorship to live and work in the UK.

What you'll do at Jamf:

  • Builds and leads the sales strategy to grow Education revenue across the UK and Ireland.
  • Works closely with Strategic Account Executive, Inside Sales team, Channel Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Customer Success and Marketing team to generate awareness, build pipeline, and close business.
  • Contributes as an individual contributor on key deals while also influencing and supporting the wider education sales effort to ensure sufficient pipeline to achieve quarterly targets.
  • In collaboration with the Channel team, creates quarterly and annual business plans with strategic Resellers and ensures those plans are executed effectively.
  • Maintains a strategic relationship with the Education Sales team at Apple and works closely with them to help grow Apple's Education market share in the UK and Ireland.
  • Owns strategic and national framework agreements across the UK and Ireland, with clearly defined performance goals and accountability for outcomes.
  • Grows Jamf's Education business by consistently meeting and exceeding annual quota targets.
  • Owns quarterly revenue forecasting for the UK & Ireland Education business with a weekly cadence of pipeline and business updates to leadership.
  • Proactively identifies and reports on market trends, competitive activity, and opportunities within the UK & Ireland education sector to inform strategy.
  • Champions Jamf's values by fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-integrity approach in all internal and external interactions.

What we are looking for:

  • Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills (required).
  • 5+ years' experience in B2B software or SaaS sales, with a demonstrable track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota (required).
  • 3+ years' experience selling into the education sector, with a strong understanding of the UK and Ireland education landscape including procurement cycles, funding structures, and decision-making processes (required).
  • Proven experience working with and through Channel Resellers to drive revenue; experience with Education-specialist Resellers (preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a senior individual contributor: self-directed, commercially astute, and effective at influencing cross-functional teams and external stakeholders without direct authority, particularly in remote environments (required).
  • Experience in the Apple ecosystem and an understanding of Apple's role in education technology (preferred).
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations to successful close (required).
