The Role We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer & Team Lead to join a small, high-impact team with the foresight to scale.
This is not a manager-only role - you'll spend about 80% of your time hands-on, coding and architecting, while dedicating the rest to mentoring, guiding, and shaping the technical roadmap.
- You Will
- Build real-time trading workflows and data-heavy applications.
- Lead and mentor a small team while setting coding standards and best practices.
- Take ownership of architecture and technical direction.
- Collaborate with product and stakeholders to align engineering with business outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of full stack engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on skills in Rust (React/Type Script and Postgre SQL also key).
- 2+ years' experience as a Tech Lead or Team Lead.
- Solid knowledge of Dev Ops practices (CI/CD, Docker, AWS).
- Comfortable balancing hands-on coding with leadership.

- Background in trading, energy, or financial systems.
