As an International Sales Manager, you will oversee a network of trusted dealers and distributors.
The role is responsible for delivering consistent sales growth by expanding existing accounts and identifying new commercial opportunities across strategically important territories.
This position plays a critical role in representing the brand at the highest standard, driving market performance, and cultivating strong relationships across the marine industry.
In addition, the Sales Manager will actively support the Marketing team by contributing to the creation and execution of targeted campaigns, promotional content, and other initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and accelerating company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities across existing and emerging markets.
- Build and strengthen OEM relationships and provide tailored support to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Support new business development by targeting adjacent or technically relevant industries
- Generate and analyse sales reports covering performance, pipeline, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Present reports and strategic insights to the relevant stakeholders and the senior management team.
- Collaborate on commercial pricing strategies, special deals, and price list reviews.
- Lead the planning and execution of relevant global boat shows, ensuring strategic ROI and brand presence.
- Travel internationally to support territory partners, develop customer relationships, and attend key meetings
- Work with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns and materials to support sales growth.
- Provide market insight to support new product development, including participating in research and ideation.
- Share feedback from customers, dealers, and OEMs regarding product improvements and market trends.
- Monitor key account activity and develop account-specific strategies for retention and growth.

- The ideal candidate will have experience in Yacht/Marine industry, preferably Leisure Marine.
- Experience in managing sales network, including distributors and OEMs.
- Determination to set and meet high standards, exceeding norms and expectations.
- The ability to speak and write to be clearly understood by others, using appropriate vocabulary, grammar and style.
