Atkinson Moss are delighted to be supporting their client in search for a Business Development Manager covering the UK market.

This is a strategic position where you will be responsible for driving new business growth focusing on high value accounts.

They specialise in Electronic Manufacturing Services and providing innovative solutions of cable harness, plastic & silicone products for a variety of electronic devices.

Experience within a sales focused, account management or busines development role within production and manufacturing is essential and only candidates with this experience will be pro. gressed

The role can be based from anywhere within the UK, with the option of being office based in South Norfolk if required.

The successful candidate will work autonomously within the role responsibilities listed below.

Job Description

  • Business

Development: Actively identify and explore new business opportunities in target markets through research, networking, industry events, cold calling, and other strategies.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients.
  • Compliance with Company Guidelines: Adhere to company policies when securing new business.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends and conduct feasibility studies to identify potential clients and growth opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Assist in the development of the company's sales strategy and contribute to the annual planning process.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, clearly communicating the company's values and offerings.
  • Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with production site teams to gather pricing and project details to meet client expectations.
  • Quotation & Contract Preparation: Prepare accurate quotations and contracts for new business opportunities.
  • Self-Management: Plan, organize, and manage your own work effectively.
