The predicted salary is between 60000 - 80000 Β£ per year.

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Project Manager to join a growing team, with a focus on Care Home development and refurbishment projects. You will support the successful delivery of new build, extension, and renovation schemes across a vast portfolio, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of care-specific design and compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that directly impact the well-being and quality of life for elderly residents across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of care home projects from feasibility through to completion
  • Work closely with senior project managers, contractors, consultants, and care providers
  • Assist with programme scheduling, budget management, and procurement processes
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards, Building Regulations, and specialist design principles
  • Manage stakeholder communications, including clients, design teams, and internal departments
  • Monitor project performance, report on progress, and proactively identify risks
  • Attend site visits and meetings across multiple locations

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience in project management or construction consultancy (preferably with healthcare or care home projects)
  • Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline
  • Working knowledge of health & safety, building compliance, and planning frameworks relevant to care environments
  • Strong communication and organisational skills with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and project reporting tools
  • Experience working within a regulated environment such as CQC is highly desirable
