The successful candidate must be fully Ce MAP qualified (or equivalent) and have experience in providing face-to-face, telephone and online client mortgage and protection advice.
Key
Responsibilities
- Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients referred by the agency's three busy offices.
- Growing the business alongside (the owners) to expand to multiple advisors and lead providers.
- Build strong relationships with estate agency staff and clients to maximise lead conversion.
- Manage the end-to-end mortgage process, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance.
- Work closely with the business owners to contribute to the growth and strategy of the company.
What We're Looking For
- Fully qualified Mortgage Advisor (Ce MAP or equivalent).
- A proven track record in mortgage sales and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
