About the Role

We're looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team, covering Manchester and the surrounding region.

This is a fantastic opportunity to manage an established territory, build long-term relationships, and make a real impact with both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a defined territory, focusing on B2B sales into the Public Sector
  • Develop relationships with procurement teams, facility managers, and key decision-makers
  • Deliver consultative solutions, driving product uptake and brand loyalty
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide accurate forecasting and territory reporting

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a field-based sales role, ideally within B2B distribution
  • A strong track record of selling into Public Sector clients (e. g. local authorities, NHS, education, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised
  • Full UK driving licence (company car provided)
