We're a small, remote-first team making a big impact - helping our users send over 10 billion emails a year.
The role
You'll join a 6-person product development team, working across our modern Symfony and Vue-based platform.
You'll help architect, build and scale new features, while improving the robustness of our high-volume email delivery infrastructure.
Working in a lean team, you'll have real autonomy, input and influence over what we build and how we build it.
You'll contribute to key projects like improving our drag-and-drop email editor, scaling our analytics infrastructure or refreshing our automation builder.
We ship every day, and you'll take ownership of projects from design to deployment.

What we're looking for
- Proficiency in a modern server-side language
- Experience with modern Java Script frameworks
- Strong frontend skills
- Passion for clean, tested, maintainable code
- Self-motivated and comfortable with autonomy
- UK-based with the right to work
- Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Symfony or Laravel
- Familiarity with AWS and Docker
- Experience with high-volume systems or email infrastructure
