As part of the UniCredit Group, Aion Bank and Vodeno will accelerate their digital banking offer in strategic markets and will act as a sandbox for innovation for the wider UniCredit Group. Aion Bank and Vodeno's existing Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) offering across key European markets, including Germany and Poland, will see the bank embed its services - ranging from account access and deposits to lending, payments and loyalty programs - directly into non-banking digital platforms, facilitating seamless customer experiences.

We are currently looking for a BaaS Business Development Manager/Director in the UK ready to join our adventure and share our ambition. This is a truly unique opportunity for someone who has the ambition to play a crucial role growing business with clients across Europe.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Client acquisition: lead efforts in acquiring new clients. Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients.
- Revenue generation: meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, and leading negotiations from start to finish.
- Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with internal teams, including product development, legal & compliance, finance and delivery, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
- Market analysis: stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics and competitor activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
