The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.
Due to expansion and increased business levels, our clients are looking a Residential Surveyor to join their team in the East Midlands area on a Consultancy basis.
Our clients provide PI insurance, admin support and are looking for a Surveyor that can carry out Level 1 and 2 Surveys.
Leads are provided however our clients are also keen to speak to candidates who can self-generate leads.
Working hours
- The role is available on a part-time basis working 2/3 days per week
- Remote working
Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor
- 60/40% split in favour of Surveyor
- Leads provided
Residential Surveyor requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Residential Surveyor
- Commercial experience is advantageous.
- Minimum Assoc RICS qualified
- UK driving license
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
