  • The main role is to achieve all sales targets and objectives set by the Head of Sales Waterproofing.
  • To ensure the company has an active presence in all major accounts.
  • To monitor turnover objectives for all accounts.
  • Recommendation to management any method of sales promotional activity.
  • To ensure sales costs remain within specified budgets.
  • To develop and grow the Category Waterproofing sales across the Southern Region in line with the company strategy.
  • Business Development Manager Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Experience selling into the building/construction industry ideally Waterproof products.
  • At least 5 years of proven successful track record with the current marketplace.
  • CSSW certified.
  • Full, clean, current and valid driving licence.
