Account Manager (E-commerce)

About the role

We're looking for an Account Manager who is commercially sharp, strategically minded, and builds strong, trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Someone who enjoys fast-paced environments and takes pride in driving real outcomes for clients.

You'll manage up to 5 accounts, acting as the day-to-day client lead across performance creative.

You'll work closely with Strategists, Media Buyers, Creatives and UGC teams to deliver high-performing creative campaigns and keep clients confident at every stage.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a Senior Account Manager - learning how high-performance teams operate while developing the commercial confidence and decision-making maturity to lead accounts at a higher level.

  • What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Own day-to-day client communication across assigned accounts
  • Lead client calls, updates, and check-ins with confidence and commercial context
  • Translate client goals into clear briefs, timelines, and action plans - with an eye on feasibility and margin
  • Act as the alignment point between client expectations and campaign delivery
  • Coordinate internal teams (strategy, creative, production, UGC) - driving accountability, not just chasing progress
  • Manage quality control across all deliverables
  • Provide clients with a clear, confident narrative around performance and commercials
  • Sign off on strategy before it reaches the client, ensuring commercial and delivery feasibility is validated
  • Flag risks early with a recommended course of action or solution
  • Protect account health - balancing client satisfaction, retention, and agency profitability

What You Bring

  • 2+ years' experience in account management, client services or project coordination (agency preferred)
  • Exposure to UGC, social-first creative or performance marketing
  • Strong communication skills β€” clear, calm, and confident with clients and internally
  • Commercial awareness β€” you understand that great outcomes need to be profitable ones
  • Organised and process-driven, comfortable managing multiple accounts without losing grip on the details
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn how performance creative drives growth
  • Familiarity with Meta & Tik Tok ecosystems (conceptually, not buying)
  • A proactive, decision-led mindset β€” you move with intent, not just instruction
