- Drive innovation by leading the development of AI-based systems that will redefine what's possible in sports
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable fullstack web applications integrating AI/ML models
- Collaborate on building PACETEQ's unified Sports Data Platform
- Implement backend services, RESTful APIs, and frontend UIs in modern Java Script frameworks (React, or similar)
- Integrate ML models into production systems
- Help define software architecture that supports real-time decision intelligence for sports
- Contribute to Dev Ops and ML Ops pipelines.
- Learn and grow through cross-functional projects with a crew of embedded engineers, application developers, and sports experts
- Operate with speed and precision in a performance-driven environment
- Report directly to our CTO and work shoulder-to-shoulder with the CEO when the stakes are high
- 3–6 years experience in fullstack engineering with exposure to AI/ML
- Proficiency with Java Script, React, and other web technologies
- Hands-on experience deploying machine learning models in a production environment
- Strong API design skills (REST / Graph QL)
- Experience with containerization (Docker), cloud platforms (AWS), CI/CD
- Familiarity with AI tools/libraries (scikit-learn, Py Torch/Tensor Flow, Open CV, etc.)
- High accountability and ownership: able to independently deliver full features
- Strong verbal + written communication in English
- Adaptable mindset — solving technical challenges in fast-moving environments
