Our client is seeking a skilled E-Commerce Performance Account Manager to support a growing portfolio of online brands, as an Independent Contractor.

This fully remote opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in performance marketing and account management who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a group of e-commerce accounts, focusing on performance, relationship management, and strategic growth initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 10-15 clients.
  • Lead regular strategy and performance calls with each client (typically every two weeks).
  • Analyse campaign data and store performance to identify opportunities and provide actionable insights.
  • Coordinate deliverables with internal teams, ensuring high-quality and timely execution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve account performance and recommend additional services when relevant.
  • Maintain clear documentation and reporting for each client's account activity and outcomes.
  • Support alignment between client goals and team execution.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor of Commerce Degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
  • Proven experience in e-commerce account or performance management
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce strategy, marketing funnels, and customer journeys
  • Experience with Shopify (or similar platforms)
  • Comfortable analysing performance data and drawing out key insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong project management and multitasking ability
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Must be available immediately and willing to work as an indepdendent contractor.
  • Must be willing to work US hours.
