Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Set clear goals and expectations and evaluate team performance regularly.

- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, website etc.
