This role is a great opportunity for someone who has studied or has experience in either accounting, bookkeeping/equivalent and looking for a hands-on role within a growing SME.

Currently looking for a Bookkeeper to manage their day-to-day finance & management accounts preparation all from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities

As the Bookkeeper, you will...

Requirements

  • Responsible for transactional finance (Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/bank/payroll/expenses etc.) and month-end processes.
  • Reconciliation of the above and follow ups where necessary
  • Management of monthly bordereaux's
  • Reconciliation of the Management Information data from bank accounts to internal system
  • Preparing management accounts
  • Running reports from various systems
  • Ensure payments to insurers, payments from clients and payments to suppliers are kept up to date
  • Dealing with incoming email queries/communicating with suppliers
  • Reconciliation of all bank accounts, commissions etc
  • Assist Head of Finance with Year-end accounts, audits and budgeting

As the Bookkeeper, you will need...

  • Attention to detail
  • Ideally previous experience with Xero/equivalent
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Integrity and Professional ethics
  • Self-Motivated and able to manage own time and priorities
