The Opportunity
We're seeking a strategic and dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing B2B Saa S company This role is pivotal in aligning Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive market growth and product adoption.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll be a key player in shaping go-to-market strategies, crafting compelling messaging, and enabling sales and partner teams with the tools they need to succeed.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure the company's value proposition resonates with customers and partners globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and messaging.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and product launch plans.
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials including pitch decks, pricing sheets, and explainer videos.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to define buyer personas, use cases, and value propositions.
- Produce content across the buyer journey—landing pages, infographics, blogs, podcasts, and more.
- Act as a product evangelist through webinars, social media, and industry events (online and in-person).
- Continuously gather and present product feedback to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within a B2B Saa S environment.
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches.
- Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Confident, collaborative, and approachable personality.
- Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally.
- Experience enabling sales teams with effective tools and training.
