Your Role & Impact
As a senior member of the ITAD sales team, you'll
- Generate and convert new business opportunities for a full-service, circular ITAD offering.
- Leverage existing relationships and seek out new customers across industries.
- Craft and deliver strategic, compliant proposals aligned to IT asset lifecycle needs.
- Manage a healthy pipeline - forecast sales, report regularly, and hit targets.
- Collaborate effectively with Sales, Operations, Marketing and Technical teams to deliver end-to-end service.
- Represent the organisation externally at client meetings, events, and industry forums.
- Build credibility through expert knowledge of secure asset disposal, data sanitisation, refurbishment, resale and compliance frameworks.
We're Looking For a Candidate Who Has
- ITAD Sales Experience (min. 2 years) - with demonstrable record in business development and account management within IT asset lifecycle services.
- Active Network & Pipeline - confidence managing existing clients whilst driving new opportunities.
- Commercial Acumen - able to forecast, price deals, negotiate margins and drive profitable growth.
- Exceptional Communication & Relationship Skills - confident across stakeholder levels, from procurement to senior buyers.
- Self-Motivation & Organisational Excellence - thrives independently, managing CRM and admin to professional standards.
- Alignment with Sustainability - authentic enthusiasm for circular economy principles and social impact.
- Desirable extras: ADISA accreditation, strong technical awareness of IT asset reuse/refurbishment value, and public sector exposure
