Fusion People Recruitment is seeking a professional, self-motivated individual with a proven ability to join our UK client for the position of Field Sales Manager, covering the North of England, for the sale of capital equipment. This is a field-based role, with the primary responsibilities for account management and direct sales within the North of England. You should have some knowledge of capital equipment or machinery.
Location: North of England centred around Manchester
Salary: Negotiable (depending on experience) + OTE + Car
Holiday: 25 days plus Bank Holidays
Benefits: Pension scheme
Primary duties:
- Identify key accounts and develop appropriate relationship to develop business.
- Use existing database to identify new potential sales in existing customers.
- Identify new potential customers through proactive networking.
- Proactively sell aftermarket products to all customers.
Candidate Specification:
- Several years field based sales experience.
- Knowledge of capital equipment or machinery equipment industry.
- Sales skills with ability to communicate with customers at all levels.
