Position

Overview: We are seeking experienced and results-driven Retail Sales Representative to join the team on a fixed term contract running until 30th September.

These regional field-based roles involve visiting retail locations across a assigned territories to drive sales, increasing brand awareness, and engaging with customers on behalf of an internationally recognised vaping brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retail Store Visits: arrange and conduct visits to independent retailers and execute product demonstration sessions, maintaining a professional brand presence all times.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, educate them about vaping products, and help them find the right product.
  • Stock & Inventory Management: Ensure product displays are well-stocked, visually appealing, and track inventory to report any replenishment needs.
  • Sales & Performance Targets: Meet daily and weekly targets for sales, visits, and customer engagement to drive brand growth.
  • Post-Visit

Reporting: Complete all required post-visit tasks, including stock returns, completing online reports with customer engagement and sales data, and uploading required photos.

Role Details

  • Contract Duration: Fixed term contract until 30th September 2026
  • Work Days: Tuesday to Saturday (inclusive) each week (up to 40 hours per week full time),
  • Requirements: Strong sales skills, self-motivated, a confident communicator.
  • Additional: Attendance at a face-to-face briefing session.
  • Previous experience in field sales, ideally within a retail setting, and experience promoting vaping products would be an advantage.
  • Strong sales and communication skills with the ability to confidently engage customers.
  • Must own a car and have a valid UK driving licence. NB not needed for central London locations.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
  • You must be able to work in or around one of the locations listed below.

  • Competitive basic pay (based on experience) circa £32k per annum (FTE) based on experience
  • Performance-based incentives & completion bonuses available taking OTE up to circa £36k per annum
