On offer is the unique opportunity for a Military Training Solutions Architect to join a leading and international UK defence company. Established around 150 years ago, this defence powerhouse has remained at the forefront of research, training, development and innovation for the MoD and has its name to some of the largest training and defence projects the world has to offer.
In this role, the successful Military Training Solutions Architect would be responsible for implementing training and development solutions and systems across a range of military clients ranging from the RAF, Navy, Army and more. The ideal Military Training Solutions Architect would ideally come from a military background and have been involved in training and development. They should have business acumen as well as the ability to implement systems, simulations and/or similar to improve training and development across a range of military customers.
- Develop training compliance management plans
- Provide thought leadership and subject-matter expertise on training systems and platforms
- Maintain currency in new platform and training system development
Ex Military or similar. MCTS/CAST/CATT/DST/DSAT or similar. Work in Andover 1/2/3 days a week.
