They are seeking a blue collar recruiter to join an established team in Solihull. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys sales and business development. You will be generating your own clients and attending site visits within the key accounts they manage.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Daily drop-offs
- On-site visits
- Client management
- Qualifying and registering temps
- Mixing with the team
