Gleeson recruitment group has exclusively partnered with a health & wellbeing retailer to recruit a Senior Growth Marketing Manager into their team.
A digital first retailer, they currently are going through a sustained period of growth, making this a very exciting time to join the business!
As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager your role will focus on implementing the growth strategy across all performance marketing channels and driving acquisition to site.
You will be responsible for the European paid media strategy, with a focus on budget spend, media mix, monitoring performance and channel optimisation.
You will build test and reporting framework to implement continuous improvements to optimise performance.
The Role
- Drive the performance marketing strategy across paid social, paid search, shopping, display and video.
- Own and manage all aspects of the paid search landscape, from budgets, media mix, execution and post campaign analysis.
- Using in depth reporting and data to understand where results are coming from and what areas need optimisation.
- Optimise paid campaigns to ensure continuous growth, and drive performance for the business including, keyword research, automation, A/B Testing, copy changes, bid adjustments and so on.
- Regular reporting and providing feedback to stakeholders on campaign performance.
- Review budget spend and ensure spend is allocated in the right way and will yield the best results.
- Collaborate with wider US and European marketing specialists to identify areas for growth in individual markets.
- Be the main point of contact for agencies.
The ideal candidate will love data, be results driven with an analytical mindset! Experience in the following is a must:
- Strong Retail / Ecommerce experience
- Handled large budgets, in excess of £5 Million
- Extensive knowledge of the paid search, paid social and paid display landscape.
- Deep understanding of customer analytics - CPA, ROAS & LTV
- Can thrive in a fast paced, performance driven environment
- Ability to look at data or results and make suggestions for optimisation and improvement
- Experience with a second European language isn't required but would be a plus!
