Location: Remote-first (1 days per month in-office - Hambi Media HQ, Oval, London)

You've likely worked with e-commerce brands before and know the pace, pressure, and expectations that come with scaling them.
This role is for someone who can confidently lead high-growth DTC accounts while managing and elevating a pod of Account Managers underneath them.
Client & Commercial Leadership
- Own senior relationships across larger, higher-impact accounts
- Lead strategic client conversations, performance reviews and planning
- Guide clients through launches, pivots and scale moments
- Spot upsell, retention and growth opportunities
Pod & People Management
- Line-manage Account Managers within your pod
- Coach AMs on communication, organisation and client ownership
- Raise delivery standards across accounts and workflows
- Support hiring, onboarding and development of AMs
Delivery & Quality Control
- Oversee UGC and creative workflows across the pod
- Ensure launches are planned, resourced and executed cleanly
- Act as escalation point for delivery or client risk
- Maintain consistency across processes and client experience
What you bring
- 4+ years' experience in agency account management
- Proven experience managing or mentoring Account Managers
- Strong understanding of performance creative, UGC and launch cycles
- Confidence running senior client conversations independently
