To accelerate our growth, we're looking for a UK-based Sales Development Representative (SDR) who's excited about building strong outbound pipelines, opening strategic conversations, and driving early-stage opportunities in the UK market. As our SDR for the UK market, you'll be at the forefront of our outbound sales motion β identifying key accounts, initiating first conversations, and shaping our go-to-market strategy in the UK alongside our Enterprise Sales team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and researching ideal target companies and key decision-makers (e.g., CISOs, Board Secretaries, Chief of Staff)
- Running structured outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, phone and video
- Generating qualified meetings and passing on opportunities to Account Executives
- Following up with inbound leads and event contacts (e.g., conferences, webinars)
- Managing and updating lead data in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Testing and optimising outreach messaging and workflows in close collaboration with Marketing & Sales
- Representing Boardwise with curiosity, confidence, and professionalism in every interaction
