  • Prospect and initiate contact with new accounts and channels, identifying routes to access and secure business across a range of sectors including Primary Care, pharmacy, Secondary Care, and private healthcare.
  • Monitor competitor activity, NHS trends, and evolving market dynamics, adapting strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide timely sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reporting.
  • Work closely with your manager to set, track, and regularly review sales performance targets, taking proactive steps to meet or exceed objectives.
  • Ensure seamless customer onboarding and handover to customer service and inside sales teams, delivering a positive, consistent experience throughout the account lifecycle.
  • Leverage digital tools and virtual engagement, while balancing this with high-impact, face-to-face interactions.
  • Maintain strong commercial acumen and therapy area expertise, with up-to-date knowledge of Fe NO testing, asthma care pathways, and NHS commissioning structures.
