To accelerate our growth, we're looking for a UK-based Sales Development Representative (SDR) who's excited about building strong outbound pipelines, opening strategic conversations, and driving early-stage opportunities in the UK market.

As our SDR for the UK market, you'll be at the forefront of our outbound sales motion – identifying key accounts, initiating first conversations, and shaping our go-to-market strategy in the UK alongside our Enterprise Sales team.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Identifying and researching ideal target companies and key decision-makers (e. g., CISOs, Board Secretaries, Chief of Staff)
  • Running structured outreach campaigns via email, Linked In, phone and video
  • Generating qualified meetings and passing on opportunities to Account Executives
  • Following up with inbound leads and event contacts (e. g., conferences, webinars)
  • Managing and updating lead data in our CRM (Hub Spot)
  • Testing and optimising outreach messaging and workflows in close collaboration with Marketing & Sales
  • Representing Boardwise with curiosity, confidence, and professionalism in every interaction
  • , ideally selling into mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting with a structured, KPI-driven approach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – fluent English (C2) is a must
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Linked In Sales Navigator, Hub Spot, or similar outreach/CRM platforms
  • A curious mindset combined with resilience and proactivity – you're not afraid to pick up the phone and try new approaches
  • Ideally, you've already mentored junior colleagues, contributed to improving sales processes, or taken ownership in fast-paced teams
  • Based in the UK or a UK-friendly time zone (GMT/BST)
  • Bonus: Experience or strong interest in the legal, board operations, or compliance space
  • Close collaboration with experienced Account Executives and leadership
