Our licensed Mortgage Loan Processors play a crucial role in managing accounts, Realtor referrals, and leads generated through advanced AI technology and marketing channels. They thrive in a fast-paced, high-call volume environment, where they collaborate with clients nationwide to build strong relationships and assess financial situations. By identifying the best products to meet client needs, they ensure a seamless loan processing experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Adhere to our company-specific playbooks and weekly schedules to ensure consistent operations.
  • Assess client needs to determine the most suitable loan products, lock in loans at the point of sale, and submit a complete, preliminary paperless loan package.
  • Collaborate closely with multiple administrators and a designated underwriter to oversee the loan processing workflow.
  • Focus on facilitating new loan originations while ensuring existing processors manage their respective loans efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with 14-day closing requirements and other stipulated timelines.
  • Manage various loan types, including Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, and more.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing.
  • Minimum of two years of sales experience and at least two years as a Mortgage Loan Processor.
  • Flexibility to work approximately 40-45 hours per week.
  • Strong phone presentation skills and ability to build client relationships.
  • Experience with CRM/CMS systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Know how to use Slack, Arive (LOS System).
  • Ability to make sound judgments on credit decisions, funding, and post-close issues.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

SELECTION PROCESS:

  • Zoom interview with a Team Leader and Administrative Staff.
  • Final interview with the CEO.

TRAINING:

Mandatory two-week training period for all new hires.

SCHEDULE:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
Closed Sundays and Holidays

SUPPLEMENTAL PAY:

W-2 only. Base and/or commission pay depending on the legal position.
