Design Estimator – Electronic Security Systems
Remote (UK-based) Full-Time, Permanent
Global Security Integrator
Ready to turn technical precision into project-winning power? As a Design Estimator, you'll be the bridge between concept and construction, playing a pivotal role in creating detailed, competitive bids that win business. This is a remote role, but you’ll be plugged into a tight-knit, collaborative team across Sales, Operations, and Engineering and your insight will help shape major international installations.
- Analysing blueprints and layouts for equipment take-offs (CCTV, access control, infrastructure)
- Detailing infrastructure specs — servers, workstations, network backbone
- Collaborating with Sales & Operations to build tailored project solutions
- Has experience as an Estimator, Design Engineer, or Bid Coordinator in the electronic security space
- Knows their way around Genetec, Lenel, Software House, or similar systems
- Reads drawings, tech specs, and RFPs like a second language
- Has worked with tools like Excel, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or similar - this would be advantageous.
- Communicates clearly across teams — bridging Sales, Engineering, and Project Delivery
- You enjoy working on complex, large-scale international projects
