A national charity is looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team on a remote basis.

This role will manage and oversee contract delivery for the southern region of the organisation from the midlands down to the south coast.

Duties will include

  • Ensuring contract and service delivery is taking place as per SLA's (contract analysis / KPI's)
  • Ensuring staff allocation is effective in each region
  • Stakeholder management
  • Analysing and interpreting data against service and financial outcomes
  • Advising Operations Manager on outputs and improvement areas
  • -Reporting on and reviewing performance
  • Ensuring effective processes across delivery
  • Work with stakeholders to review service delivery
