You will be managing, maintaining and training on the existing EPOS system, throughout the northwest, both in terms of hardware and software as well as managing system rollouts.
In this role, the successful candidate will provide effective support by dealing with any issues that may arise in any of the stores across the northwest at a fast pace.
As well as being a team player who conducts themselves in a professional manner, is ready to help, and enjoys having important responsibilities.
The IT Support Professional will have a strong interest in IT maintenance as well as being a confident individual that will be ready to tackle new upgrade projects.

Role
- Resolve incoming problems efficiently and effectively
- Identify re-occurring problems and deliver a lasting solution
- Visit sites when necessary to ensure the best solutions and setups are delivered
The Person
- Knowledge in SQL, EPOS and CCTV
- The ability to train people in multiple areas of IT
- Experience in the retail or consumer sector
