We're looking for an experienced Interim HR Consultant to support a complex redundancy programme across both the UK and international markets.
In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with line managers and local legal teams to guide and execute restructuring processes with professionalism, clarity, and care.
Key responsibilities:- Lead and support redundancy consultations across multiple countries
- Advise and coach line managers on process, risk, and communication
- Liaise with local employment lawyers to ensure compliance in each jurisdiction
- Support the implementation of redundancy plans, including documentation and timelines
- Provide insight and calm guidance through sensitive change
- Proven track record managing UK and international redundancies
- Strong working knowledge of employment law and restructuring best practice
- Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders quickly
- Calm under pressure, with excellent judgement and discretion
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to hit the ground running
